Refund policy

You can return anything you buy from us within 30 days of it arriving. If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, we cover everything.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, including items bought in a sale. Tell us within those 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We will refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery charge. Return postage is paid by you.

30-day returns

On top of your legal rights, we accept returns of unused items for 30 days from delivery. Items must be in the condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging, along with your order number.

How to return an item

Email peter@plzsoccer.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with instructions. Returns go to: PLZ Soccer, 3 Snead View, Dalziel Park, Motherwell, Lanarkshire, ML1 5GL. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can match it to your order. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Return postage

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage. If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we pay the return postage and will refund or replace it in full.

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photograph and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Items we cannot accept back

Personalised or made-to-order items and gift cards cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will let you know and refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund. If you have not received it after that, email peter@plzsoccer.com.
