Shipping policy

UK standard delivery is £3.99 and free on orders over £50, arriving in 2 to 3 working days. Next day delivery is £4.99 when you order before 7pm. We ship to 41 countries. Every order is sent from our base in Motherwell, Scotland.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 7pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, are dispatched the next working day,

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. We ship to 41 countries. International delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.

Will I pay customs or import duty?

Prices exclude duties on packages sent outside the UK.

How do I track my order?

Tracking is provided on express shipping, and a tracking link is emailed automatically.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage and we will replace the item or refund you in full. Framed prints and canvases are packed to protect the corners, but transit damage does occasionally happen and we would rather put it right than argue about it.

What if my order does not arrive?

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of the expected date, get in touch and we will chase it with the courier. Should your package be lost we will offer a replacement.
